ANSWER :: The entire virtual organization leadership executive training, assessment and certification takes place over a 90-calendar-day period in a 100% virtual organization environment.
Is there a minimum number of enrollments for the Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Assessment, Training and Certification program?
ANSWER :: No Minimum for Startups and Innovators. With respect to Technology Innovation Startups and Pioneers, No Minimum number of Candidates per enrollment application is required. This policy is necessary in order to fairly and responsibly accommodate the immediate and urgent needs and demands of a global and diversified market since we currently have a shortage of human resources.

Is VOMI Virtual Organization Academy a 100% virtual organization?
ANSWER :: YES indeed. 100%. Other than that, it would be pure intellectual dishonesty on our part if we were to operate – or offer our program – in any way, shape or form in a brick and mortar environment. We Practice What We Preach!
With respect to your program, are you willing to travel to come meet with our Government Officials?
ANSWER :: NO. Absolutely not. To do so would be the equivalent of hopping on a horse to come meet with you in order to try to sell you an automobile. As well, to accommodate such “brick and mortar” request would be pure intellectual dishonesty on our part. We ourselves must not operate – or offer our program – in any way, shape or form in a brick and mortar environment.

ANSWER :: The answer is none of the above. VOMI Virtual Organization Academy is strictly focused on the training, assessment and certification of Virtual Organization Leadership Executives who will be operating and LEADING in a 100% virtual or virtual organization environment. Therefore, we require advance payment in full upon enrollment of each executive in our training program and prior to the commencement of training.
Is VOMI Virtual Organization Academy a personality assessment firm?
ANSWER :: NO and we will never be one. VOMI Virtual Organization Academy is strictly focused on the training, assessment and certification of Virtual Organization Leadership Executives who will be operating and LEADING in a 100% virtual or virtual organization environment. Thus, we do NOT compete with them.
How do your services differ from those provided by Virtual Team and Virtual Management consulting firms?
ANSWER :: Excellent question. First and foremost, we are NOT a ragged bunch of Virtual Team, Virtual Management, Remote Worker or Flexible Workplace Consultants or Impostors and Gig Economy Digital Nomads masquerading as Virtual Organization Experts. None of these consulting firms have anything at all to do with the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Virtual Organizations, and Virtual Organization Leadership (although many of them will claim to be since they themselves are totally clueless about the virtual organization management discipline and simply just don’t know the difference between their activities and what we offer).
There is, however, a huge difference between Virtual Organization Leadership and their offerings. Thus, trying to compare the two is like trying to compare a kindergarten education with a Ph.D. program – or trying to compare apples with oranges. Hence, we DO NOT compete with them at all.
