Universal Enrollment Procedures

ALL Organizations and Governments  are advised to observe the following Procedures for Enrollment of their Executive(s) into the following program:

  • Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment & Certification  (a 90-calendar-day program :: $15,000 per Executive)

Step #1.    Knowledge Is Power.    It’s not enough to know what VOMI Virtual Organization Academy is offering.   The real question that you need to ask yourself is, “Why Do We Need It Now?”    Not tomorrow,  Not in the near future, but NOW!   The Urgency of Now.     

Although the answer to that question is a no-brainer for every single Individual, Organization and Government in the world if you are currently hearing the news from the global media about the current CoronaVirus Global Pandemic; nonetheless, there are many other compelling reasons why you need to be able to answer this question since pandemics come and go.

Unless you are able to answer that question to yourself,  there is really nothing that we can do for you.   Nonetheless, we can, however,  provide you with a good deal of information that will put you on the right path and send you in the right direction.

The sort of information which will allow you to answer that question to yourself.

Step #2.     Once you are able to answer that question to yourself,  then immediately Contact the Founder of VOMI Virtual Organization Academy  in order to introduce yourself as well as to advise us that you have already taken the first step.  At which point,  your organization or government will be placed on a Priority Client Enrollment List and you will be provided with special contact information for support.

There is a simple reason for that.  Should you have any questions that require our  immediate assistance during Steps #3-6,  be sure to reach us via this special contact information.

Step #3.    For Enterprise Level Organizations and Governments Only.   Preparation Is Key.    Once a decision has been made to proceed with the program,  convene all the members of your Executive Leadership Team  in order to   1) identify the Critical Business Units throughout your organization which stand to greatly benefit from the program,  and  2)  to  nominate members of the Leadership Team  who are interested in becoming part of a new Virtual Organization Leadership Steering Committee.

The purpose of such steering committee is to help identify and select the initial wave of  Candidates who will be assigned to participate in the foregoing Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification program and thus become the backbone of  your organization’s future Global Virtual Organization Leadership Force.

A formidable global virtual organization leadership force which can respond within seconds to any major local, domestic, international or global crises (e.g., Global PandemicBio-Weapon Attacks,  Biological Warfare, conventional attacks on critical infrastructure, cyber attacks on critical infrastructuredisastrous internal destabilization campaigns,  SANCTIONS, Economic Warfare,  breakdown of social order and stability, color revolutions;  wave of kidnappings and assassinations of key corporate leaders, scientists and government officials;  globally coordinated disinformation campaigns, locust plagues, nuclear or conventional war)  which can have a disastrous effect on your organization or government‘s  Continuity Of Operations Plan.

Step #4.   For Enterprise Level Organizations and Governments Only.     Launch a Virtual Organization Leadership Steering Committee.   Once the members of your Executive Leadership Team have indicated their level of interest in such steering committee,  if any,  we highly recommend that your organization extends the same invitation to ALL individual members of these Critical Business Units, regardless of status, rank or seniority.   There is an excellent reason for that

From this universe of potential members of this new Steering Committee, you can now select the most enthusiastic applicants for a full-fledged Steering Committee Leadership position.    The runner-ups will have an opportunity to join the respective staff of these new Steering Committee Leaders.

As well, those who were not selected for membership on the steering committee will be an excellent source of Potential Candidates for selection to participate in the Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification program.       

Step #5.   Potential Candidate Identification.    Identify Key Business Executives and other Professionals from these Critical Business Units, collectively referred to as (“Potential Candidates”),  that you believe would be excellent candidates strictly by virtue of the critical role they play within their unit.    Do not attempt to psychoanalyze them. 

As well,  do not assume that they would be a natural fit for participation in the program strictly on the basis of their current “brick and mortar” status, experience, performance and claim to fame.   

For the simple reason that,  if a current superstar  executive has a natural aversion to working in a Virtual or Virtual Organization environment, or is mentally predisposed to maintain the status quo,  then selecting such individual will be very detrimental to your organization or country’s cause and mission –  thus negating the very reason for the program and the existence of a Virtual Organization Leadership Force in the first place.

Therefore, the selection of these Candidates should NOT be a Top-Down decision but rather a Bottom-Up decision by those who truly view their own selection as a Golden Opportunity to become one of the pioneers of your organization’s budding Virtual Organization Leadership Force – in the making.

The bottom line is this:  Initial Buy-in is critical for the successful launch of your organization or government’s very first Global Virtual Organization Leadership Force.   Otherwise, the results will be very disappointing, to say the least. 

You cannot afford to start your brand new Virtual Organization Leadership Force with a bunch of “brick and mortar” dinosaurs.   That would be the equivalent of trying to herd a bunch of cats.

Step #6.  For Enterprise Level Organizations and Governments Only.   Final Candidate Selection.    From this Universe of Potential Candidates you have identified at Steps #3 – 5,  it’s now time to select the Initial Wave of Candidates who will get to participate in the  program.

Once you have identified and selected a Minimum of 100 Candidates, up to a Maximum of 200,  then proceed to Step #7.

Step #8.     Proceed to Enroll Your Candidates Upon successful conclusion of the VIP Videoconference, your organization or institution will be sent  a Notice of Guaranteed Priority Enrollment from VOMI Virtual Organization Academy.   Upon receipt,  all you have to do is, submit the Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification Enrollment Application for your Candidates.

Step #9.    Time to Build Your Virtual Organization Leadership Force.   Once all  successful Candidates have completed their 90-Day training and rejoined your organization, they can then begin the process of building your organization’s brand new Virtual Organization Leadership Force from the ground up.

Going Forward Enrollment Information

A Second Wave of Candidates.    Once you have established this budding Virtual Organization Leadership Force within your organization,  you will then be in a position to gradually bring into the fold a Second Wave of Candidates:    Other executives and professionals who do not require participation in the more extensive 90-day program at the onset.

This Second Wave oCandidates can be selected to participate in a 5-Day Virtual Organization Candidate Assessment program offered by our partner, Virtual Organization Leadership.

A Third Wave of Candidates.   And a Third Wave of Candidates can be selected to participate in a 4-Hour Virtual Organization Aptitude Assessment program also offered by our partner, Virtual Organization Leadership.

Eventual Selection to Participate in the Full 90-Day Program on a Merit Basis.     As the need arises, these second and third wave Candidates could be selected to participate in the next level program on a Merit Basis so that, over a period of time, ALL members of the Virtual Organization Leadership Force would have participated in the 90-Day program and become full-fledged Virtual Organization Leadership Executives.     

So Where Do We Go From Here!   

Start at Step #1 and proceed thereon.    That’s all there is to it!
